1. License to Use Diva

We give you a limited, non-exclusive license to use Diva for personal, non-commercial purposes. This means you can interact with Diva on Discord and use its features as intended.

2. Acceptable Use

Please use Diva respectfully and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:

  • Use Diva for any illegal activities, including distributing copyrighted material without authorization.
  • Disrupt or interfere with Diva's functionality or network.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the bot's source code.
  • Use Diva in a way that could harm the security or performance of the bot or other users.

3. User Content

You're responsible for any content you play or share through Diva. We may temporarily process audio data for streaming, but we don't store it permanently. Make sure you have the rights to play any content you request.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Diva connects with services like YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, Discord, and others to fetch and stream content. These services are operated by their respective owners and we have no control over them. We recommend reviewing their own terms and privacy policies.

Any third-party logos or brand assets shown in Diva are the property of their respective owners and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

6. Media Ownership

Diva does not store, host, or claim ownership over any music or media content. When you run a command, Diva retrieves content that is already publicly available on third-party platforms. No media is kept after playback.

Premium subscriptions unlock enhanced bot features like higher usage limits, better audio quality, and additional controls. They do not grant ownership or rights to any copyrighted material.

All copyrights and licenses remain with their original owners. You're responsible for following the rules of the platforms from which content is retrieved.

7. Web Access and Automation Scope

Diva uses a browser-style approach to retrieve publicly accessible content. It does not mass-scan websites, passively gather data, or run automated tasks without user input. Every action is directly linked to a command you send. Without user input, Diva stays idle.

Diva does not bypass authentication, paywalls, private paths, or security barriers. It only accesses content that is already publicly available, in the same way a regular browser would.

No malicious intent exists. No security safeguards are bypassed. No private data is accessed. All actions remain user-initiated, limited in scope, and equivalent to normal browser usage.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Diva at any time if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service.
  • Engage in illegal or harmful activities.
  • Attempt to disrupt or abuse the bot.

9. Liability

Diva is provided "as is" without any warranties. While we do our best to keep things running smoothly, we can't guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free. We are not liable for any issues arising from your use of Diva or any third-party services it connects to.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. By continuing to use Diva after changes are made, you accept the updated Terms.
